Our Programs

We conduct preplacement talks across Tier 1 and Tier 2 campuses,
followed by rigorous campus drives supported by an experienced
interview panel.

Internships (3 or 6 months)
MT & GET Program (1 Year)

Growth Journey

Interns who perform well during the program may be offered Pre-
Placement Offers (PPOs). Many leaders like Narendra Lodha and
Sachin Kanitkar started their journey here.

What Interns Work On

Work closely with mentors and reporting managers through shadowing and hands-on exposure. Develop a strong understanding of Kalpataru’s business, market position, and the dynamic real estate industry functions.

Training Structure

MTs and GETs undergo a mandatory one-year training program post-recruitment. The structure is tailored to the specific department and site/project assignments to ensure maximum industry readiness.
