What Interns Work On
Work closely with mentors and reporting managers through shadowing and hands-on exposure. Develop a strong understanding of Kalpataru’s business, market position, and the dynamic real estate industry functions.
Training Structure
MTs and GETs undergo a mandatory one-year training program post-recruitment. The structure is tailored to the specific department and site/project assignments to ensure maximum industry readiness.
